Running Wednesday evenings at the Mauchline Scout Hut, our Youthie group aims to provide the young people of Mauchline with plenty of games, activities, laughs and much more!
Open to all in P4 to P7, the group runs from 5pm to 6:30pm!

The Moving On Up group runs every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 9pm!
Open to all in P6 & P7, we’ve got all sorts of fun activities, sports games,
video games and more for all to enjoy!

Senior Drop-In Group
Our Senior Drop In service will be running every Thursday from 6:30pm to 9pm for any young person in S1 or above, up to age 15! We’ll have an endless supply of wild activities that anyone can enjoy from sports and gaming to art and makeup! It’s not all excitement and hype either, as our doors are open to those who just want a place to chill out listen to some music or talk to friends.

Fun Fridays
Each Friday afternoon we run an awesome, action packed session for the youth in the area to come along and have a blast! There’s never a shortage of fun from games, sports and science to challenges and prizes – we always kick off the weekend with a party!
Fun Friday will be returning Friday 15th September 2023 for all in P1 to P7 – 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Super Family Saturdays
Running on a Bi-Weekly Basis, our Super Family Saturday events welcome all parents, carers & their young ones to pop by and join in on the fun!
Running from 11am to 2pm, there’s no entry cost with food and refreshments provided! We’ll have plenty of exciting games & activities for all including a children’s soft play, pool tables, video games & outdoor activities.

Summer Scunnered 2024 - All About Olympics!
Summer Scunnered 2024 is back again this year and will be running from July 1st to August 1st!
This year we’ll be diving into all things Olympics to celebrate the 2024 Paris Olympic Games! This includes classic three-legged & egg and spoon races, Olympic games such as hurdles, cycling, dash races and more, plus a plethora of other sports games & challenges.
The event runs Monday to Thursday, 10am to 2pm each week for Five Weeks.
Each day will cost £5 Per One Child, £8 For Two Children, or £10 For Three Children.
Booking & Payment must be made by June 22nd to confirm place.

Breakfast Bikes
Our Breakfast Bikes group will be running in the morning just before our Olympic Summer Scunnered event!

Playzone Groups
Powered by yipworld’s Strong Connection initiative, our pop-up Playzone youth groups will be running throughout Cumnock and nearby towns for all in P1 to P7.
Free entry & no booking – we have plenty of fun activities in store!
Be sure to keep an eye on our Facebook and other social platforms to find out when and where our next event will be! This Summer, we will be running sessions in Cumnock, Mauchline, Muirkirk, Logan, and Ochiltree.
Rock Up & Ride
Yipworld is proud to be in partnership with Scottish Cycling delivering our Rock Up & Ride programme to young people across East Ayrshire.
We provide young people ages 5-12 a brilliant opportunity to enhance their cycling skills, build their confidence & make new friends over the course of the 4-week programme.
To date, we have delivered the project to 51 kids from New Cumnock, Netherthird, Cumnock and Muirkirk.
We will be continuing this service into 2024, keep a look out for further info.
Pedal Up Programme
The Pedal Up Programme is a 6 week training course for young people aged 8 and up! The young people who participate will learn the essentials of road safety skills, cycle maintenance and route planning all hosted and ran by two qualified LED ride instructors. Please keep an eye on our platforms for updates to when the programme will be next running!
