New Cumnock Youthie
Join us on Wednesday evenings at the New Cumnock Town Hall for our New Cumnock Youthie group! Similar to Logan, we’ll have all sorts of amazing games & activities for young folk to take part in!
Open to all in P6 & P7, the group runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm!
Booking not required, £2 entry cost!
Muirkirk Family Group
Our Muirkirk Family Group runs every Thursday afternoon from 2:30pm to 4pm at the Muirkirk Primary School!
Open to all families in the community, we have all sorts of fun & exciting activities for young people to take part in! Feel free to pop in for a tea, coffee and a chat with our staff!
Muirkirk Youthie
The Muirkirk Youthie runs from 4:30pm to 6pm every Thursday at the
Muirkirk Enterprise Group or “The Hub”.
The group is open to all in P4 to P7 and Entry Costs £2 – No Booking Required!
Moving On Up
The Moving On Up group runs every Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:15pm!
Open to all in P6 & P7, we’ve got all sorts of fun activities, sports games,
video games and more for all to enjoy!
No booking required, £2 entry cost!
ELEVATE
The ELEVATE Youth Group will be running Fridays from 1pm to 4pm here at yipworld!
The group is open to all in S1 and above and will include tons of brilliant activities for all to enjoy! Entry is currently free to everyone with food and drinks being provided – hope to see you there!
Senior Drop-In
Our Senior Drop In service will be running every Thursday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm for any young person in S1 to S4! We’ll have an endless supply of wild activities that anyone can enjoy from sports and gaming to art and makeup! It’s not all excitement and hype either, as our doors are open to those who just want a place to chill out listen to some music or talk to friends.
No booking required, £2 entry cost!
Fun Fridays
Each Friday afternoon we run an awesome, action packed session for the youth in the area to come along and have a blast! There’s never a shortage of fun from games, sports and science to challenges and prizes – we always kick off the weekend with a party!
Fun Friday will be running each week for all in P1 to P5 – 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
No Booking Required – £2 Entry Cost.
Super Family Saturdays
Running on a Bi-Weekly Basis, our Super Family Saturday events welcome all parents, carers & their young ones to pop by and join in on the fun!
Running from 11am to 2pm, there’s no entry cost with food and refreshments provided! We’ll have plenty of exciting games & activities for all including a children’s soft play, pool tables, video games & outdoor activities.

Easter, Summer & October Scunnered
Easter Scunnered 2025
Easter Scunnered is back again and will be running Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays during the two-week Easter break, 10am to 2pm each day. There will be a max of 60 children per day with entry costing £2 per day. Bookings open Thursday, 13th March – you will need to give us a call, fill out a booking form and pay in advance to confirm placement. You can pop into the yip building anytime to complete bookings or visit our hot desk which will be available during Fun Fridays.
Rock Up & Ride
Yipworld is proud to be in partnership with Scottish Cycling delivering our Rock Up & Ride programme to young people across East Ayrshire.
We provide young people ages 5-12 a brilliant opportunity to enhance their cycling skills, build their confidence & make new friends over the course of the 4-week programme.
To date, we have delivered the project to 51 kids from New Cumnock, Netherthird, Cumnock and Muirkirk.
We will be continuing this service into 2025, keep a look out for further info.
Pedal Up Programme
The Pedal Up Programme is a 6 week training course for young people aged 8 and up! The young people who participate will learn the essentials of road safety skills, cycle maintenance and route planning all hosted and ran by two qualified LED ride instructors. Please keep an eye on our platforms for updates to when the programme will be next running!
