We are delighted that our much-loved recreation room is being completely refurbished through the Place Based Investment Programme, with Moogal Contracts appointed to deliver this exciting transformation. This modern, vibrant space is being designed around the needs and interests of young people, creating a welcoming environment where they can relax, connect, build friendships and enjoy positive activities.

The new room will include a built-in games console wall, overhead projector and screen, traditional pool tables, excellent lighting, stylish furnishings and a fresh contemporary design throughout. More than just a room, this will be a space young people can feel proud of — somewhere that belongs to them, encourages social connection, reduces isolation, and supports confidence, wellbeing and positive recreation within the heart of the community.
